Usage & Application
Wet End Travelling Tail Cutter can be used at Paper machine ‘Forming Fabric Part’ and may be at ‘Press Part’ too. It is applied to cut the Paper web either continuous or as & when required.
Specification
- Travelling cutter Nozzle orifice dia may vary from 0.4mm to 0.8mm based on paper GSM to cut.
- We apply finest orifice Red Ruby Nozzle for finest cutting.
- Stainless Steel beam used across the paper machine for Travelling Nozzle.
- AC Geared motor rotary motion used for linear movement.
- Paper break signal based run is also possible.
- All custom made features can be organised as per user’s choice & requirement.
