Stracher For PMC Fabric
Inserted into the line at Paper Machine Fabric Part ( Wire/ Felt/ Dryer Fabric i.e. Canvas). It’s specific function is to maintain the tension of the Paper Machine Fabric during the sliding phase of the paper, in non-stop production. As the Paper Machine Fabric becomes loose, the load cell (Applied for Automatic Stratcher) installed in the Paper Machine Fabric circuit or installed on the stretcher, detects the tension and sends the signal to the PLC of the control panel which moves the tensioning roll until the Fabric automatically returns to the set tension. The correct tension of the Paper Machine Fabric improves the quality of the paper.
